This protection was put there by our forefathers in 1215 because they realized even way back then, that power corrupts!!

      For us to believe blindly, that people we don’t know nor have ever met; will faithfully look after our best interests or the best interests of our children and our children’s children, is madness!! We put these people in charge of not only the law and our rights, but ours and our children’s education!! Then we expect that our children will be honestly taught how to be strong free individuals!!

      Ask any child today if they understand what their rights are?? Ask yourself “Do I understand my rights??” I bet a pound to a penny most people haven’t got a clue what I’m talking about!! How can you say that you are free and proud, if you don’t understand just the basics of your own birthright??

       It’s not your fault, we’ve all been dumbed down as a result of poisons in our food and water such as; fluoride, non-descript E numbers, aluminum, mercury + so much more!! Also, an education system that is designed to only teach us only what we need, to enable us to work for and within their corrupt social framework!

      We should have been taught to understand and know our birthright too, so as adults we could look after ourselves and our families properly, and not be subdued and oppressed by unlawful statutes, and powerless government officials such as; the police, courts and government social workers!!

      Below is Article 61 of the Magna Carta, read it, and understand it is your right – your birthright:

61. Since, moreover, for God and the amendment of our kingdom and for the better allaying of the quarrel that has arisen between us and our barons, we have granted all these concessions, desirous that they should enjoy them in complete and firm endurance forever, we give and grant to them the underwritten security, namely, that the barons choose five and twenty barons of the kingdom, whomsoever they will, who shall be bound with all their might, to observe and hold, and cause to be observed, the peace and liberties we have granted and confirmed to them by this our present Charter, so that if we, or our justiciar, or our bailiffs or any one of our officers, shall in anything be at fault towards anyone, or shall have broken any one of the articles of this peace or of this security, and the offense be notified to four barons of the foresaid five and twenty, the said four barons shall repair to us (or our justiciar, if we are out of the realm) and, laying the transgression before us, petition to have that transgression redressed without delay. And if we shall not have corrected the transgression (or, in the event of our being out of the realm, if our justiciar shall not have corrected it) within forty days, reckoning from the time it has been intimated to us (or to our justiciar, if we should be out of the realm), the four barons aforesaid shall refer that matter to the rest of the five and twenty barons, and those five and twenty barons shall, together with the community of the whole realm, distrain and distress us in all possible ways, namely, by seizing our castles, lands, possessions, and in any other way they can, until redress has been obtained as they deem fit, saving harmless our own person, and the persons of our queen and children; and when redress has been obtained, they shall resume their old relations towards us. And let whoever in the country desires it, swear to obey the orders of the said five and twenty barons for the execution of all the aforesaid matters, and along with them, to molest us to the utmost of his power; and we publicly and freely grant leave to everyone who wishes to swear, and we shall never forbid anyone to swear. All those, moreover, in the land who of themselves and of their own accord are unwilling to swear to the twenty five to help them in constraining and molesting us, we shall by our command compel the same to swear to the effect foresaid. And if any one of the five and twenty barons shall have died or departed from the land, or be incapacitated in any other manner which would prevent the foresaid provisions being carried out, those of the said twenty five barons who are left shall choose another in his place according to their own judgment, and he shall be sworn in the same way as the others. Further, in all matters, the execution of which is entrusted, to these twenty five barons, if perchance these twenty five are present and disagree about anything, or if some of them, after being summoned, are unwilling or unable to be present, that which the majority of those present ordain or command shall be held as fixed and established, exactly as if the whole twenty five had concurred in this; and the said twenty five shall swear that they will faithfully observe all that is aforesaid, and cause it to be observed with all their might. And we shall procure nothing from anyone, directly or indirectly, whereby any part of these concessions and liberties might be revoked or diminished; and if any such things has been procured, let it be void and null, and we shall never use it personally or by another.

      To invoke article 61 is to lawfully and peacefully rebel against all that is wrong and corrupt in today’s government!! You are making a “sworn affidavit” to the Queen stating that; “her government are corrupt traitors, and therefore have no jurisdiction over you or your family!!” When making your affidavit, you give the Queen 40 days to respond to the allegations!!

      In any court of law, an unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth. It is not for you to prove, but for them to disprove, because the burden of proof is theirs!! The time for them to demand you prove anything, is when you make the affidavit! They (through the Queen) have 40 days to challenge your affidavit, if they don’t (and they won’t!) – IT WILL STAND AS THE TRUTH!!

      Once you are in lawful rebellion, you are lawfully allowed:

1. Full refusal to pay any forms of Tax, Fines and any other forms of monies to support and/or benefit said unlawful governance of this country.
2. Full refusal to abide by any Law, Legislation or Statutory Instrument invalidly put in place by said unlawful governance that is in breech of the Constitutional safeguard.
3. To hinder in any way possible all actions of the treasonous government of this land, who have breeched the Constitutional safeguard; defined with no form of violence in anyway, just lawful hindrance under freedom asserted by Constitutional Law and Article 61.
      

      Furthermore, your statement of truth amongst thousands (eventually millions) of other statements of truth, will send a clear peaceful yet powerful message to the criminal traitors in government (past and present), that say’s “we know you are traitors!!” At the moment they all believe they are untouchable, immune from prosecution for their crimes, they believe we are all too stupid to understand what they have done/are doing!! With the wealth of evidence against them, we “the people” should expect to see them all stand in the dock and answer for their heinous traitorous crimes against; us, our families and our country!!

      Some of you are wondering what it is they have done/are doing?? If you are reading this you will be aware that something is wrong with the world, maybe you can’t put your finger on it, but the world just don’t feel right!! Well understand this - The traitors are those government officials who do deals with the interlopers from the EU; the British government are not working in the best interests of us - the British people!!

      This is the oath they are all (MP’s, Police ect) lawfully obliged to swear when they take office; this is their promise to us that they are working in only our best interests, not the interests of the banks or the EU!! It is their breaking of this oath (as well as the acts of terrorism against us, the fraud and poisoning) that makes them TRAITORS!!!

      Anyone who swears an oath to the EU whilst claiming to work for us, the people of Great Britain, is also a traitor!! Also, anyone who works for traitors, is in serious breach of the “Treason and Felony act 1848” wherein is stated; “It is illegal to give aid and comfort to traitors!!” This is punishable by imprisonment – FOR LIFE!!!

      We either have law or we don’t!! If we don’t have law – Why do we have a police force?? Why is it ok for 15 policemen to kick your front door in on a Sunday afternoon (on over-time of course) on the off chance they’ll find some dope?? If it’s because we do have law – then why haven’t the police arrested the traitors yet?? It can only be because the police are corrupt traitors too – or, we really haven’t got any law, therefore the police are not corrupt traitors, but are surplus to requirements – think about it!?!?!?!

      The EU steals our natural resources, wealth, jobs and then taxes us (the carbon tax for one!)! Very soon we will be forced into the Euro as the Pound is being made to nose dive!! These people have no right meddling in the affairs of our country!!

      It is not the citizens of the countries that are also EU member states that are our enemies, they are victims like us!! It is the globalists within the EU that are trying to force a fascist world government on all of us, little by little! First it was the EEC, which on the face of it seemed like a good idea! Then without asking us it became the EU, and we are supposed to be too stupid to realize that next is global control – the GU (Global Union!), better known as the “NEW WORLD ORDER!!”

      The EU is forced on us incrementally, little by little, bit by bit!! Like the old adage about the frog in the pan; if you were to put a frog in a pan of boiling water, it would jump out coz it would be too hot! But, if you put a frog in a pan of cold water, then slowly heat the water up, that frog will boil!!

      By lawfully rebelling, anything the traitors sign will not apply to you, you will still be a sovereign Englishman, Welshman or Scotsman - whatever your colour or religion!! Now is the time to make your stand, shoulder to shoulder with your fellow countrymen!! We are at war because our own traitorous government has declared war on us – the people!! Just because there are no guns and bombs (yet!!), doesn’t mean they don’t want to enslave us!! Your country and your family need you to make a stand, draw a proverbial line in the sand using Article 61, and resist the NWO any which way you can!!

      Research the “New World Order” and see who your government is really working for, know your enemy! Understand that the fascists are alive and well, and are operating in a country near you – NOW!!!

      The physical process of making an article 61 affidavit is very simple; it is the emotional, intellectual and moral processes that take a bit of thinking about! Whether we realize it or not, it’s probably the biggest thing we’ve ever had to consider in our lives!! Emotionally and morally because this is our country were talking about, where we were born, where most of us still live, and where (for most of us) most of our families and friends still live!!

      Intellectually and morally, because this is more than just about ourselves, our families or Britain, it’s a rabbit hole of pure evil and global corruption that goes so very deep!! We have to come to terms with the fact that this is not a film or a book, or something that’s on the tele – this is real, it’s here and now!! Like many of our forefathers before us, we have to face overwhelming odds, look our enemies in the eye, and not give an inch!!

      I’m sorry if I seem to be overstating things, but the gravity of the situation deserves some thought and consideration at this stage!! Morally speaking there is no other way forward, what else is there?? We could take the cowardly moral less way and ignore the situation, like most people will, till the fascists are kicking their doors in – then it will be too late to do anything!! We could get angry enough to take to the streets with violent demonstrations and protests (trust me, they will become very violent)!! Or, we can (in the first instance) peacefully and lawfully rebel using article 61, stay at home, turn the radio and TV news off, and stop buying the papers!!

      The last two pages of this newsletter are the templates for the first and second affidavits required to invoke article 61!! These should be typed as per the templates, but do not sign until you are in the presence of a notary solicitor. After the first one is sent by 1st class recorded delivery, you should wait 40 days. If, after 40 days you have not received a rebuttal of your sworn affidavit (you won’t!), then you should send the second affidavit by 1st class recorded delivery!! Once you have done this, the process is complete, you have rebelled!! Keep photocopies of your affidavits and proofs of posting with you at all times!! The cost of a notary is usually around £10!!
